Our Mission

At Kavanaugh Management, we strive to maintain a competitive edge by providing high quality properties and excellent tenant experiences without compromising value. We truly believe we have a better product at a better price. Kavanaugh Management, LLC is owned and operated by John F. Kavanaugh, a licensed homebuilder and retired Lamar County Justice Court Judge with a strong appreciation for safety. A 20-year veteran of the homebuilding business, Mr. Kavanaugh constructed many of the properties himself.

We offer over 200 units in 14 different locations around the Hattiesburg area, including townhomes, duplexes, cottages, and houses. Many of our properties are located in the coveted school districts of Oak Grove and Petal, and all properties are just a short drive from major retailers, dining, and the University of Southern Mississippi.

Properties range from 2 and 3 bedrooms, with many units including all appliances, large walk-in closets, and high-end finishes such as granite countertops. Our full-time maintenance staff handles all service calls promptly and professionally.
